1.1 Is it mandatory to register an account to shop with lintremover.org?

No, It is not necessary to open an account. You may order your items as well as check out by visiting as a guest anytime.

However, by opening an account with us, you will be free from entering your details every time you purchase with us. You can easily sign up right away or without entering your details each time you purchase with us. You can register right now, or first start shopping and creating your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

1.2 How can I register my account?

You can open your account by clicking on the “Login/Register” option. What you need to do is to fill in your required details, and there you go!

1.3 How do I place my order?

It’s entirely more comfortable to place your order. Just choose the items you want to shop and add them to your shopping cart.

Once you are finished, your order will immediately be processed. Please make sure that the information you fill in is correct before you confirm your shopping and payment.

1.4 What should I do if any problem regarding adding items to my shopping cart is encountered?

You can only add the item to your shopping cart as long as the product is available. There could be the most probable that the product may be in someone else’s shopping cart; thus, the status of the products is displayed as “Temporarily Unavailable.”

1.5 How can I pay for the orders placed?

We only accept payments through Paypal and major debit and credit cards such as VISA, Mastercard, and also American Express.

1.6 Can I change or cancel my order?

Unluckily, we don’t allow the cancellation of an order once it has been processed. This is only due to the prevention of errors among all the orders placed. It is to advise you that you must check your order thoroughly before you place it.

1.7 How to use a discount code?

Add the key hidden in the voucher code to your shopping cart page before you proceed to check out.

You are supposed to be careful in using the discount code because if you forget to put the key when checking out, we are unable to apply it manually to your order. You are advised to recheck your information before you proceed with your purchases.

1.8 How would I know if my order has been confirmed?

Once you are finished placing your order, you will get an email from us to confirm that your orders have been processed.

However, you must note that your orders will be shipped only when your credit card payment is approved, and the receiver’s address is verified. You should go tracking your order status in the “My Account” option if you already registered your account.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

2.1 When would my orders be processed?

All orders are processed within the 2 working days, excluding public holidays and weekends. The time stated is according to the Singapore Time (UTC/GMT +8hours).

2.2 How long would it take for me to receive the order?

The Standard delivery time is around 5 working days, while the Express courier is around 3 working days from the time of the order replacement. The timeframe is only applicable to Singapore.

So far as the international deliveries are concerned, the time taken depends upon our logistics partners as well as their affiliates.

2.3 How do I track my shopping items?

Once the delivery has been dispatched, you will be notified with a confirmation email containing the tracking number. This will let you check and also track the delivery status of the orders you placed with your 6-digit Order Number (all Singapore deliveries), with our local logistics partner.

2.4 Does the store charge shipping cost?

If you are living in Singapore, you will get FREE shipping and receive deliveries through the Standard courier.

For international orders, you are supposed to choose your item and further continue to the check out page as the shipping charges are dependent on volume and weight.

Additionally, when you fill in the delivery details, your delivery charges would be auto-calculated based on your address without the need for registration.

Unluckily, we are not able to redirect orders after the confirmation. Therefore, you must ensure that you fill in the correct shipping address.

2.6 I found a missing item/product in my order, what do I need to do?

2.7 There is a defective item in the delivered order, what am I supposed to do now?

2.11 Would you charge an additional cost for redelivery?

We don’t charge an additional fee for redelivery up to 2 times. However, we charge on the third attempt onwards.
